Suggestions.

Hello.
I have some suggestions for our corporation.

1. Leader Team.
Well, I mean every high rank 4+ on our family should have a team of some guys. Why ? It is so simple. He will look every day at his guys and will say at every weekly meeting how much had helped that guy the corporation and how. (also online time is counted)

2. Payment system.
How it work ? Simple. At every weekly meetings, the High Ranked Members will tell to boss (ben Very Happy

) how much his every guy from his team worked and helped the corporation. The paycheck will be like:
1 hours per day = 2k -> 7 days = 14k
Evey hour increase played with 2 k.

Family help as :
Saving someone life : 1 family life saved -> 30k (it mean, when your mate have problem, and go to help him and you die just to save him)
Helping with cracks :
25 g for a mate -> 20k (just an opinion)

Not bad, but I hate the thing that you have to pay your mate to help you. That is mandatory to help your mate (Cross).

I agree with ren you shouldn't have to be paid, but the idea of having a rank 4 taking care of 3 other lower ranks is a alright idea.

Lets say Ren takes care of 3 lower ranks like Kwart, Gavin and I or something.

Actually, the take car thingo is already on our Rule, I just can't find the link of it.. Just only people not doing that.

oh, mhm.
I think we already get paychecks but honestly getting like 20k a week is no biggie anyway so I dont think we need paychecks really.

Hmmmm... we don't really need PayCheck because we are business, before you get into Cross you have already cash to start with the Business that's why we're paying our Guards or Taxi Drivers.. But, if I set our Weekly Meeting up, maybe we could give paychecks for those member who attended the Weekly Meeting. Razz

It's not good to seem as if we save our mates, we get paid.We're like friends, and friends don't pay you for saving his/her life.

Nice suggestions...

We're already planning out Cross paychecks for the Weekly meetings, Every Cross that shows up to the Meeting.. (And has been Active throughout that week) will be paid 100k.
